I try to kick off each year with a word or two that marks my intention for the year.
This year my word is CONNECTION.
I have spent the past few months working on moving to my new Lake Norman location and now I want to settle in and CONNECT with those around me: My new neighbors, new colleagues, and of course my Pelvic Therapy clients (past, present, and hopefully future!).
I am hosting an open house on January 12th, from 4:00 – 7:00pm,
in the new Huntersville office space at:

I want to CONNECT with anyone who wants to see the new space, ask a few extra questions, or to show someone else what pelvic PT is like. I would love to see you all there!
And to sweeten the deal, I am raffling off a gift basket filled with PT-minded goodies (a breathing/mindfulness toy, a drink cup, a Target gift card, and a certificate for a free PT session)! You can use the free session or gift it to someone who could benefit from some personalized therapy.
