The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists reports nearly 75% or women will have pain with sex at least once in their life. But if you are continually having pain, this is a sign from your body that something is not quite right. There are a lot of things that could cause pain with sex (also known as dyspareunia) that should be addressed by a physician, including bladder or vaginal infections, cysts, endometriosis, skin irritations, or fibroids.
